for Poulan Blower SM400

Poulan Pro SM 400 Leaf Blower won't start. New Gas, New Spark Plug, Sprayed starter fluid into the carb, it started and ran for about 1 second, long enough to burn up the starter fluid. Repeated a couple of times with the same result.
