on the model 316.794980, should there be a shaft…

for Craftsman Blower 316.79498

on the model 316.794980, should there be a shaft key for the flywheel. i am changing the crankcase assembly.

    I just put a new piston in mine and I don't recall and shaft keys. You can find the parts diagram here:

    with a blow-up of the main assemblies. Hope this helps
