Outdoor timer with light sensor and 2 outlets. Hav...

Outdoor timer with light sensor and 2 outlets. Have lights connected to the timed outlet. When set to ON, functions normally. When set to any of the timed positions, lights stay on for 10 seconds, then flash off then immediately back on, then repeats that pattern. How can I get the lights to stop blinking off every 10 seconds? Thanks, Jack S.
