Toro snowblower built by murry, my auger wont spin...

Toro snowblower built by murry, my auger wont spin fast, changed the belt, a little slck still but spins to slow, the back part whatever u call it, spins fact, just the auger spins slow when u hold the handle down. Please help. Thank You.
