Murray 1695978 snow blower. New 2011 machine won't start. B&S engine, not equiped with fuel shutoff or speed control (on engine). Confirmed the following; proper oil and fill level, fresh 89 octaine fuel, correct spark plug and gap, ignition key leads and spark plug wire visually OK. With choke open, fuel flow from primer is evident. Pull cord engages properly at 3" pull, and feels adequate resistance for compression and start, however it won't. Cannot confirm fuel to chamber, or spark. Any suggestions?
