0 Picked up this model recently, but having trouble starting it. Will start and run if I prime the cylinder, but stalls. Noticed that possibly air filter missing from carb inlet and there is a very small stem next to fuel line inlet that is not capped - possible vacuum (?) Can't see anything else that might cause starting problem. Also replaced spark plug, checked and cleaned float bowl. Any thoughts?
