I have a new Murray 7524 RS ( 1696266) snow blower. do not have a manual , Why is there a oil dipstick on each side of the engine and is this the port to fill as well ? Also this unit travels at a very slow (turtle ) speed, is this normal or is there an adjustment that can be made or was it put together wrong at the store. ? Also looking for a manual ...........hard copy or E- copy
