PURCHASED THIS MOWER NEW, BUT WAS SETTING UP IN STORE. HOW DO I GET IT TO START FOR THE FIRST TIME, BESIDES PUTTING OIL AND GAS INTO THE MOWER? THERE IS NO PRIMER.
