I have an older riding mower. Has major hesitation...

I have an older riding mower. Has major hesitation issues. Checked the air filter and it is clogged. Tried a small brush and tapping it. Not much came out. Seems to be a sealed unit. Can't find anyone who sells the complete air filter. Does this thing come apart to replace a foam or paper filter insert? Don't want to break it. 30544X92D
