Question About MTD Tiller 12212
Wheels do not turn...

On MTD Rear Tine Tiller, Model 435, the tiller cranks without problem and the tines run, however, front wheels do not engage and run. Husband has tightened the hex nuts but to no avail. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
