Need to know length of shaft, I am trying to build new drive shaft

0 Hi, If it was me I would get a shaft from old farm equip such as blower for silo, spreader, chopper box etc, and convert that since its floating shaft anyway. Just a thought. It could be cut to fit the length you need then cut and weld your ends on if they are different or maybe just remove u joint and change ends. I assume you have the manual as I found one on here.

0 Thanks for your suggestion my nephew made me a nice drive shaft only now I have to weld universal joint on one end and need to know length I measured length on tractor just want to know if may measurement is correct ?

0 I was under the impression that the length will vary as you raise and lower the unit. I could be wrong. Anyway , Good luck. could not find the length sorry.
