Where is the air filter? The RPMs are just not fas...

Where is the air filter? The RPMs are just not fast enough to throw snow. When I try to adjust the choke to gain more RPMs is stalls. Bought it mid winter past year, This is only the 5th time I've used it and I have not had it for one year yet
