Question About MTD Snow Blower 208cc
Wheels / Augur won't turn...

From Hamilton, Ontario - I cleared snow during snow storm this morning anf everything was working fine. Near completion, I shut machine down while hand shovelling snow steps and landing to driveway below. When I restarted snowblower, wheels and augur would not turn. Manual gives me no help. How do I fix this before next storm hits.
