I have a Troy-Bilt Gardenway, the model # I have match a Yard Machine. Mine uses the 10 hp Tecumseh engine. The manual doesn't cover the engine. I wanted to know the type of oil and weight of oil they reccommend for this engine. Any input appreciated. I have lost, or misplaced the original manuals.

0 Someone must know what weight oil this engine uses. How about Castrol 30 W.? Maybe 20W when below 20 degree? Well, I answered my own question. Anybody know how much oil this engine holds?????

0 SAE 5w30 for winter below 32* This is what my Tecumseh 10hp manual says for Model #'s HMSK 80, 85, 90, 105. & OHSK 120

0 Oh, summer is SAE 30 be sure container is marked A.P.I. service "SF - SJ" ( my Tecumseh 10hp is on a snowblower )

0 All the 10hp Model #'s HMSK 80,85,90,105 hold 26 ounces. OHSK 120 holds 28ounces
