Question About MTD Snow Blower 600-Series
Manual Starter Piece...

The piece that actually spins when you pull the coord was not rewinding. I took off the contraption and examined it, now I am unsure on how to put it back together with the (a) spring and (b) small, flat, hooked metal piece. I believe I understand how the other pieces fit in, but a full explanation would be appreciated. Thank you!
