Question About MTD Snow Blower 31a-2m1e706
I just bought a mtd model 31a-2m1e706 snow throwe...

I just bought a mtd model 31a-2m1e706 snow thrower. I have it all setup although it will not start. It seems like it is not getting gas or spark. There is a note in the manual that indicates there may be a fuel shut off valve. In going on-line I cannot find anything about this. Any suggestions.
