How to fix jammed impeller...

I was clearing my gravel driveway of snow/ Some of the gravel is lodged behind the impeller. How do I loosen the impeller in order to remove the stuck gravel? The snowblower is a MasterCraft Deluxe Snow King. Model# 31AE643F515 Tecumseh 8HP - 26" Thanks...

0 Have to replace belt for the blower and i don't have a manual for this snow blower.I have replaced the belt twice and they seem to be wearing out fast . I think the belts are going in wrong.Please can you help me.
