Question About MTD Snow Blower 2P5
can not pull cable to start snow thrower...

Ive had blower for bout 4 weeks worked wonderful this time to start it I am unasble to pull cord out no more than 4 inches its too hard has gas ,oil, choke is set HELP! Christine
