Question About MTD Log Splitter 500
sluggish splitter...

hi. i purchased a used MTD splitter. not sure of the model number. it's very tempermental. it takes a while to start. once it starts, it shuts down after 10 or fifteen minutes of use. all the fluids are filled correctly. i have to remove the carborator cover and pour gas in there to prime it each time. any ideas? thanks
