Question About MTD Lawn Mower 13at678g515
Will not turn...

Its happened to me a few times. The engine will not turn, which I suspect has to do with the safety electrical circuit. I tried to follow the wires from the battery to the starter, and I must touch something because, all of a sudden, I turn the key and it starts.
