Question About MTD Lawn Mower 660 thru 679
Variable Speed Torque Bracket / Idler Pulley...

I cannot get the spring force to return to the brake/clutch pedal. I think I may have lost the original positioning of the torque arm that is springed with the base of the idler pulley assembly. Is it possible that I have rotated the torque arm 180 degrees when I reassembled after replacing all belts?
