The crankcase is not getting enough power to turn it, to start the engine... Battery is fully charged, and cells are full.... New spark plug installed, and fresh gas, but the crank case will only turn about an 8th. of an inch, and then stop. Is there something I am overlooking that would need fixing/repairing/replacing???? I have a Huske - model 790
