Need to know the specs on the shouldered bolt that...

Need to know the specs on the shouldered bolt that connects the belt tensioner and stabilizing brackt to the deck on my 2002 huskee riding lawn mower. Model # 14az808k131. The one in the picture is not even close to the right length. Ordered it from MTD's diagram of my deck.
