I had a problem with the mower starting. The starter gears were engaged with the flywheel. I replaced the solenoid and freed the gear from the flywheel. Now the mower runs & starts fine but will not turn when I turn off the ignition switch (or disengage the seat safety switch or put it into reverse with the blade down. It does turn off when I pull the throttle back to idle.What could cause this problem.
