I was installing a mulching kit and rather than take the deck off I tilted the mower over. After the install it does not start anymore. When I turn the key the motor turns, then stops, as if something is restricting its movement. The same thing happens if I turn the engine by hand ... I can only do about 1 /13 revolution before it can't turn anymore.
