I have recently started using a lawnflite ride on mower at one of the places I work at, but the belt connecting the cutter deck to the engine disintergrated and I ordered what I assumed to be the correct part online from eparkmowers.com part no. 754-063, but after fitting it found that even with the blades disengaged the belt was still too tight for the engine to turn over and was not slack. Can anyone help me? Have I got the right part and if so is there some way of slacking the belt off? Or is it the wrong part and can someone fill me in on what part I need?
