Question About MTD Lawn Mower 020 Series
can not pull up the starter rope anyway...

I bought a MTD 020 Series Lawn Mower two days ago. After setup, it just worked about 1 minute and stopped. I can not restart it. I can not pull up the starter rope anyway. What I can do now?
