I had someone replace all the belts on my Lawn tractor, and when it was returned the drive belt was backwards. I now have no speed control with the throttle and no brakes. When engaging the blades it takes a couple of seconds for the blades to engage. Went back to the person who did the work and he said that he would repair the things he touched but that he never did anything whit the linkage. Any help would be helpful. Thanking you in advance Pat
