Question About MTD Lawn Mower 13AM762F065
adjustment of 38 in mower deck belt...

when reinstalled 38 inch deck on MTD Bolens 15.5 HP lawn tractor Model 762 after sharpening blades- I noticed that the blades continued to turn after PTO has been disengaged- what adjustment is needed???
