Question About MTD Chipper 242-648-000
Model # 246-648D401...

Am purchasing a used Model # 246-648D401 wood chipper with Tecumseh engine. Am I able to use any of the above manual? Can't seem to figure out how to start it & it does have oil & gasoline in it.
