i HAVE A MOUNTFIELD SP480 TURBO - IT WILL START BUT NOT RUN SMOOTHLY . HAVING TAKEN OFF THE AIR FILTER I CAN SEE A SERIES OF SPRINGS ATTACHED TO THE THROTTLE WHICH KEEP MOVING BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS OF THEIR OWN ACCORD CAUSING THE RISE AND FALL IN REVS. CAN YOU HELP, PLEASE - ROGER
