Where is the Starter Assembly: Rope,Spring, and Wheel? This has a Briggs and Stratton Engine and everything runs fine except the pull starter rope does not recoil. There is no picture of this in the manual. It is a very simple Briggs and Stratton Engine part, but the manual does not list it. Very Strange!
