1550f 5 hr briggs montgomery ward rototiller not running very smothing seems to be missing only runs with throttle wide open but not clear running .cleaned points fly wheel also cleaned tank and carb had to replace key for fly wheel its a little loose thus the slightest left to right play of fly wheel could this be the cause to engine not running right thanks jz
