1 MY MOWER DRAGS ON START LIKE THERE NOT ENOUGH JUICE IN BATTERY WHICH IS NEW.IF SEINOID IS BAD WOULD IT CAUSE IT TO DRAG?SOMEONE HELP PLEASE.
