I have a 1990 mongomery ward signature 2000 14/42 it runs great when i can get it cranked i have a new battery and solenoid and it won't turn over but it make a click at the wire that goes up into the carb i removed the air filter and it turn over and cranked mowed until i ran out of gas and now have the same problem only this time removing the air filter doesn't help any clue if that is some kind of relay switch under the carb ? please help.
