I NEED ( 1 ) THE BIG BLACK ROUND THAT SITS ...

I NEED ( 1 ) THE BIG BLACK ROUND THAT SITS IN THE WOODEN MOUNT TO GO UP AND DOWN ON THE TUBE . THE TUBE IT HAS MARKS ON THE BLACK ROUND MOVES UP WHEN I WANT TO LOWER THE TUBE AT A POINT IT GOES ALL THE WAY DOWM .
