0 Carburetor clogged by varnish from old gas. Add 1 oz. of carburetor/fuel injector cleaner to gas in tank. Run engine and open and close choke until it clears. If this doesn't fix it, The carburetor will have to be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned with spray carburetor cleaner.
