Hi, I have a Mac 65 SL and I am trying to remove the large cover plate on the engine itself. I remove the retainer plate over the bearing but cannot remove the plate. I can pry it open a bit, but it appears it is pressed onto the bearing. How do I remove this plate? I already tried prying it off with a couple paint scrapers / screw drivers to no avail.
