I have a McCulloch MCS2001 electric chipper/shredder. I bought it used and unassembled, when I started to put it back together i found the cutoff switch broken. I finally received the replacement part and installed it. When I reassembled the unit and turned it on, it ran very briefly and then tripped the breaker/reset switch. Several attempts resulted in the same result. Any idea what to do next
