two lines coming from tank where do they go

0 One line connects to the top of the carburator, the second connects to the priming pump. Can you answer my question - do both lines come from the same location on the tank? I cannot locate where both lines enter the tank..

0 one line is a return line from the carburator to the tank.it does not enter the tank.two holes at the top just inside the tank.top hole is fuel return,bottom hole is for the line with the filter on it.
