how do I remove the chain for shapening and then reinstall it?

0 Place the barfaceing you withyour right hand undo the screw close to the bar on right side.The with the spannerthat came with saw undo the two nuts on leftside that cover part of the bar and take off cover then push bar back a bit then remove chain.

0 Just do the revers if chain is back to front it will not cut .Put teeth faceing the tip of the bar.
