I have a McCulloch 538e chainsaw, one of the bar retaining nuts broke when I was tightening it. How can I remove it and change it, and also where can I buy a replacement online?

0 Hi Name is Tony e mail bonybug @yahoo.es. I can send you the PDF file for all parts FOC I guess you have broken the bolt as well as the nut ( which is M6 thread.) I will study the working drawings more closely tommorrow and also look at my chain saw to see how easy it is for you to change the nut and bolt. Please write to my e mail and I will help as much as I can.

0 Hi Tony again remember that this is now an electrolux (out door product) If you have broken the bolt as well its probably available from them direct But if you have only stripped the nut clean up the stud with an M6 die if you have one and replace with a washer and Nylock nut
