refilled tub and stops at 93 degrees says overheat, waited 10 hrs and did it again saying dry. water level is good. was told to loosen coupling to realease air. do u know witch coupling?

0 lcd panel indicates "dry". Will not heat above ambient temps. Would like to get owners manual for this model.

0 My owners manual says to open the joints by the pumps, one at a time to let the air out. Only a 1/4 turn is needed. If you have two pumps you may need to do this on both. I do not have a manual for your spa brand name. Make sure spa is level. Good Luck :)
