Question About Lawn-Boy Lawn Mower 8480
old mower not running 4 years...

how do i start to getting this mower running again the air filter is crumbled and soild it does not run at this time i have no manual for it so im not sure how to tune it up and is it possible for the deteriated air filter to have compramised the carb
