Question About King Canada Portable Generator KCG-6500GE
No Voltage at receptacle...

Rectifiers and capacitor seems ok. How can I restore residual magnetism. Output volts is 3.5 volts at the 120 volt outlet but falls to 0 volts while verifying with digital vom.
