My King Canada KCG-3000G Portable Generator has Less than 20 hr. of use on it, When i went to use it it will start but will not put out power, When the breaker is off the amp needle drops down to off when the breaker is turned on it only rises up a small amount above the off line about twice the needle thickness above , NO POWER AT ALL? What could be wrong?
