Is it common for these units to have voltage output problems? I've used my unit 8 hours in which it never kicked the breaker. When I needed it recently the output was 2.8 volts? I know hoe to test field and armature, no problem there. The control panel main breaker and circuits are fine. It must be the voltage regulator, is this common?
