Question About John Deere Lawn Mower None
starter...

the starter will not always engage when i turn the key. It will usually kick in and start after several tries. I have cleaned the battery terminals.

4 I am having the same problem, I replaced the selnoid, battery, ignition switch with no results.I tend to believe the problem lies with a voltage drop between the battery through all the connections before engaging the starter . After cleaning the many connections the problem appears to be rectified. Hope this helps...
