Question About John Deere Lawn Mower R70
service manual...

The deck was off when I got it . I put it on but the belt is engaged all the time. Actually it is so tight that I can't pull the engine over. I need some information on how everything goes together and how the belt is routed. I'm not finding the serial number anywhere on it so I can get the right manual. Help
