pto draws too much power runs battery down...

PTO DRAWES TOO MUCH POWER DRAWS THE BATTERY DOWN TO THE POINT WWHERE THE TRACTOR RUNS BUT NOT THE PTO. CAN'T SEEM TO FIND THE ALT. HELP!
